Lets get started.

Initial Consultation
15 minutes - Complimentary

A 15 minute initial consultation call is a chance for us to discuss your therapy needs and determine if we are a good fit for each other! On this call I will ask what your therapy goals are, what is bringing you to therapy, and about your previous experience with therapy. I am also happy to answer any questions you may have about my approach, my preferred modalities, or my therapeutic style.

Schedule your appointment today and begin your journey to feeling your best with a compassionate licensed clinical therapist and a fluffy dog by your side.

Family Therapy Session
50 minutes - $200

Family therapy sessions are designed to create space for everyone’s voice to be heard. In our first meeting, I’ll get to know your family’s unique story and dynamics, while also walking you through my guidelines—such as confidentiality, scheduling, and what you can expect from me as your therapist. We’ll also discuss what brought your family to therapy, identify the challenges you’re hoping to address, and set initial goals together.

Over the following sessions, we’ll build a plan tailored to your family’s needs. This may include learning new communication skills, practicing strategies for navigating conflict, or strengthening support for a child who is struggling. For some families, I also offer Family Therapy Intensives, which involve longer or more frequent sessions to accelerate progress. We’ll decide together what format makes the most sense for your situation.

The goal of family therapy is to move beyond cycles of conflict or disconnection and toward a stronger, more supportive family system.

Individual Therapy Session
50 minutes - $165

Our first session is really about getting to know each other and making sure you feel comfortable. I’ll walk you through my therapy guidelines; such as confidentiality, how scheduling works, and what you can expect from me as your therapist. We’ll also talk about what brought you to therapy and go through a short questionnaire that helps me understand your needs, history, and goals.

By the second or third session, once I have a clearer picture, we’ll work together to create a treatment plan. This is basically our roadmap—it outlines the areas you want to focus on, what success might look like for you, and the approaches we might use. The pace is flexible, so we can adjust as we go.

Parent Support Session
50 minutes - $185

Parent support sessions are focused on giving you the tools, confidence, and space you need as a caregiver. In our first meeting, we’ll talk about what brought you in, your current challenges, and your hopes for your child and family. I’ll also walk you through my guidelines—like confidentiality, scheduling, and what you can expect from me as your therapist.

Together, we’ll explore how you can best support your child, drawing from EFFT (Emotion-Focused Family Therapy) and FBT (Family-Based Treatment) approaches. Sessions may include learning new communication tools, practicing responses to difficult emotions, or addressing the guilt, worry, or burnout that often comes with parenting a struggling child.

These sessions can stand alone or be paired with your child’s individual therapy. The goal is to help you feel more equipped and supported as you navigate your role as a parent.
